Waist: Remove any bulky clothing (e.g. jumpers). Measure around the natural waistline (this is around the belly button just above the hip bone). Make sure the garment is not too tight and allow two finger space.
Waist to knee: Measure the length from the waist down to the desired length. Note: Please check your school uniform policy for skirt length.

This school day skort, with half elasticated waist, looks like a smart junior school skirt from the front. But behind the neat wrap over front, is a pair of practical shorts (which are visible from the back).
