Waist: Remove any bulky clothing (e.g. jumpers). Measure around the natural waistline (this is around the belly button just above the hip bone). Make sure the garment is not too tight and allow two finger space.
Outside Leg: Measure from the waist to the floor (if a shorter length is prefered, then you can measure to the point just below your ankle bone).

Elastic back standard uniform shorts, ideal for those younger years. Hook and bar fastening. Tailored waistband with belt loops.
