Waist: Remove any bulky clothing (e.g. jumpers). Measure around the natural waistline (this is around the belly button just above the hip bone). Make sure the garment is not too tight and allow two finger space.

Designed and rigorously tested to withstand daily wear and tear, maintaining colour and technical performance. Finished with an elasticated bondex waist internal drawcord.
