Waist: Remove any bulky clothing (e.g. jumpers). Measure around the natural waistline (this is around the belly button just above the hip bone). Make sure the garment is not too tight and allow two finger space.
Inside Leg: Measure from the top of the inside leg (near the groin) to the floor (if a shorter length is prefered, then you can measure to the point just below your ankle bone).
