Waist: Remove any bulky clothing (e.g. jumpers). Measure around the natural waistline (this is around the belly button just above the hip bone). Make sure the garment is not too tight and allow two finger space.

Comes with elasticated waistband and drawcord with a key pocket. Contour fit panels with grey flatlock stitching, finished with reflective branding on left hip and rght back ankle.
